和次小生成树类似,那边是枚举u,v 然后将u,v的权值替代maxcost[u][v],这里也是枚举然后用0替代,.加入的新边只需要和原最小生成树的边一起考虑,可以这样理解,将新边加入后,图中有且仅有一个环.新边的加入不能影响非环中的边,对于环中的边,新边的加入在重新形成生成树时.从kruskal算法考虑可知这只能影响原先MST的一条边.这样我们可知,加入一条新边对MST的影响是比较小的.
