今天需要下载一个Eclipse插件通过Eclipse在线安装，因为公司是用代理上网的，所以连接远程服务器的时候老失败，后来解决了，记载一下

在Window->Preferences->General->Network Connections->Manual Proxy Configuration 设置即可

Visual XForms Designer

Use the Eclipse Update Manager to install.

Click Help > Software Updates > Find and Install... and select the second choice ("Search for new features to install").
Click Next >.
If the "ETTK Update Site" doesn't already exist, select the New Remote Site... Button. If "ETTK Update Site" does exist, proceed to Step 5.
Type "ETTK Update Site" in the Name text field.
Type "http://awwebx04.alphaworks.ibm.com/ettktechnologies/updates" in the URL text field, and select OK.
Select "ETTK Update Site" and press Finish.
In the "Updates" dialog, expand "ETTK Updates" and "Emerging Technologies Toolkit - Technologies".
Select "Visual XForms Designer" and click Next >.
Carefully review the license agreements for the upgraded features. If the terms of all these licenses are acceptable, check "I accept the terms in the license agreements".
Click Finish to allow the downloading to proceed.
When the "Verification" dialog appears, press Install to allow installation to proceed.
Once all the features and plug-ins have been downloaded successfully and their files installed into the product on the local computer, a new configuration that incorporates these features and plug-ins will be formulated. Click Yes when asked to exit and restart the Workbench for the changes to take effect. Warnings about unsigned features may be presented, if so, just continue through those warning dialogs.
