Goal of function
· Verify mobile phones are comformable to GSM/GPRS/3GPP standards.
Reporting structure & communication partners (internal/external)
· Directly report to group leader of product validation. Report HR issues to line manager.
Responsibilities / Tasks
· Implement GSM/GPRS/UMTS RF conformance test. Generate report and debug errors.
· Maitain and config test system.
· Develop test cases to cover new requirements and features of GSM/GPRS/UMTS etc.
· Support RF, BB and Protocol Layer to verify the design of a mobile phone and solve problems.
· Follow up GSM/GPRS/UMTS standards. Update test cases according to latest information.
· Check the validity of standard test cases. Report errors to 3GPP and GCF/PTCRB committee.

Techniques
· GSM mobile phone HW/SW/RF knowledge
· GSM/GPRS network structure and protocol.
· Experience of GSM/GPRS conformance test equipments.
· System test knowledge and methods.
· Knowledge of software design tools, e.g. C++.

Professional Experience
· At least 1 year professional experiences in mobile telecommunication. Experience of RF or microwave design or testing is appreciated.
Intercultural Experiences
· International working experience is appreciated

Education Degree:
Bachelor or above, major in Communication,Eletronics,Computer

English: verbal and written fluency
