牛腩新闻发布系统

初学.NET三层，自己做了一个新闻发布系统，打算录制成视频，共享出来给大家看看评评，鸡蛋砖头请自备，欢迎来砸！
整个新闻发布系统的功能很简单，数据库增删查改而已，再配合一些杂七杂八的花哨。。。

整个视频录制打算分四部分来录制：
