2)make eye contact with the speaker when I’m listening

3)take notes when it’s necessary to remember what I’ve heard.

4)avoid having a conclusions to speaker when listening.

3. Please tell us an impressive example about learning either of these skills in your career.

I want to share you a story about the commution skill,such as regular check and review.

this is a story about my regular review in my internship in DC.

I had spent 3 months in my intership.

at the first month,I strive to learn about my responsibility from my manager, so I know what I need to do.

I had a schedule to check and get feedback.

firstly, in the rest time I have a check with my vendor on the content I'm not sure.

secondly, on every friday I sent a weekly report about my work to my vendor and manager. In addition,I invite them to have a talk with me, to check andreview, to find what I need to improve,he always gave me some sugesstions.

thirdly, at end of every month,I sent a summery report, continue to check and get feedback from my manager and vendor.

finally,at end of the second month,I became a regular worker in advance.

Technology skills and communication skills, which one is relatively more important for a new employee according to your opinion?
