获取mac

本文提供两种方法来获取客户端的MAC地址:一种是通过Win32网络适配器配置接口遍历所有启用的网络适配器来获取;另一种是利用Iphlpapi.dll库中的SendARP函数结合WS2_32.dll库的inet_addr函数来实现。
