2. improve the ability by every practicing 

3. strong self - confidence ; 

4. without shaking legs

5. know the destination and struggle to the destination by hard - working

6.really see the big picture;

7.creative and never loss heart even met bad result;

8.carry on doing sth; never give up;

9.focus on the right things; rather than what the hell others fucking damn doing !!!

Second, the bad one 

1. kneel to the original hunger from body; release it in not proper way

2. doing sth just for passing 

3. kink on nonsense details
