gitlab 添加问题/任务模板

操作步骤：

• 在项目中找到文件夹 .gitlab（和 .git 是在同一目录），创建文件夹 issue_templates
• 在文件夹 issue_templates下添加一个.md的文件，如bug.md
• 将添加的文件推送到服务器分支上，合并
• 最后新建一个问题就可以看到标题左边就有一个模板的下拉框，里面就有一个选项 bug
  这样就可以了
