A: Did you like the chicken soup? I got the recipe from TV.

你喜欢那鸡汤吗？我从电视上学的。

 

B: Yeah, everything was great. I think I’ll go watch the news now.

A：You said you’d do the dishes, didn’t you?

B：Only if you clear the table first.

A：Come on, I made dinner, didn’t I?

B：Yes, and it was delicious. All right, I guess I’ll do the dishes.

A：Thanks. And while we’re talking about chores, the light in the basement burned out.

    谢谢。既然在谈家务事，地下室的灯泡烧坏了。

 

B：I’ll replace the bulb after I finish the dishes.

    我洗完碗就去换。
