This Electric Permission Management System is designed for the demand of the Anhui Development and Reform Commission. As requested the whole system is divided into three systems, which are distinct independent but also related. They are province level system, district level system and expert level system. The district level system is developed to fill applying forms,and submit them to the higher level department .The whole system is developed by Delphi7 as the demand of the task, and the Database is developed by Access.
The reason of the main train of design thought is as the followings:
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is supported directly or indirectly by a number of products, so it brings about the produce program very easily. Compared with the C++ libraries in Windows, Delphi was and still is the best combination of object-oriented programming and visual programming not only for this Windows operating system but also for Linux and for the .NET operating system in the future.
With the fast development of network, and the extensive using of MIS, the exploit of this pattern of object has a good vista.
