解决PLSQL与数据库断开卡死的问题

1）确保 select * from dba_profiles t where t.resource_name = 'CONNECT_TIME'中的limit列的值为UNLIMITED
2)   执行 alter system set resource_limit=true;
3）重新打开PLSQL工具登录即可。
