我这个异常后面发现是这个类有一个request的构造器，如下：

public class EfbUserMsg{
        public EfbUserMsg(){
		
	}
	public EfbUserMsg(HttpServletRequest request) throws Exception{

}

后来把这个构造器改掉，struts2提交的请求就正常了。
