不推荐使用小米助手，因为我使用小米助手就没有刷成功（等了30分钟左右还没刷完，我放弃了）。最后使用MiFlash（下载地址：http://bigota.d.miui.com/tools/MiPhone50327.exe  ） +   小米手机2/2s 最新 开发版 线刷Fastboot完整包点击下载 （下载地址：http://www.miui.com/shuaji-393.html），只用了193s刷机成功。
