一、引言
龙芯 3A6000 是龙芯中科技术股份有限公司研制的新一代国产通用处理器。
- 发布时间:2023 年 11 月 28 日在北京发布。 制程工艺:采用 12nm 制程工艺。
- 架构:基于龙芯自主指令系统龙架构(LoongArch),从顶层架构到指令功能和 ABI 标准等全部自主设计,无需国外授权。
- 核心参数:集成 4 个高性能 LA664 处理器核,支持同时多线程技术(SMT2),全芯片共 8 个逻辑核,主频 2.0 -
2.5GHz,支持 128 位向量处理扩展指令(LSX)和 256 位高级向量处理扩展指令(LASX),片内集成双通道 DDR4 - 3200 控制器,集成安全可信模块。
AMD 4650U
AMD 4650U 是一款基于 Zen 2 架构的笔记本处理器,其性能对标英特尔 第 10 代酷睿 i5 移动处理器(i5-10210U)。
- 发布时间:2020 年 5 月 正式发布 制程工艺:采用 7nm 制程工艺。
- 架构:基于 Zen2 架构(微架构代号为 “Matisse”)。
- 核心参数:采用 7 纳米制作工艺,拥有六核心十二线程,默认主频为 2.1GHz,动态加速频率最高可达 4GHz,三级缓存为8MB,热设计功耗(TDP)为 10-25W,插槽类型为 FP6。
通过speccpu 2006对3A6000和AMD 4650U以及主流i9三款CPU进行跑分,记录龙芯数据如下,并比对三者性能差异
