I have built a new site and am trying to add the basic "Image Viewer" web part. When I open up the gallery, all the web parts are there. For each one, when i try to add it, I get a pop up saying "Unable to add selected web parts. (insert part name): An error has occured." I'm logged in as a user who has full control. Logging in as other users which have Full Control also yields the same result. I did find that when I go into site settings, and then the "Web Part Gallery," there are red X's for each web part down the left. On my other WSS sites on this server, the parts are available. Any help out there?

Solution:Because my resource files(This webpart contains resource files.so that I can implement multi-language) can not be found in this path.(C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/wss/VirtualDirectories/30985/App_GlobalResources)
