Everyone like delicious food,Im not only like it,but i also like cook it. 

Today I made a very delicious food,it is a local favour food in china, the name is “Lamb Pilaf” . Unfortunately,I forgot take a photo,because its smell is really so sweet,I can't  wait to eat it.

Let me introduce how to make this delicious food.

Here is a list of tools which i use:

- Electronic rice cooker

- 500g Lamb meet or ribs ,dice it to small cubes,about 2*2

- 1 stick of carrot (For 4 people),dice it

- 1 onion,dice it

- a handful of raisins

- rice and water,For example,for normal rice cooking,4 people need 2 cups rice and correspondingly water. For Pilaf,the rice are the same,but water need reduce to half, because the other materials can provide enough water.


========Detailed Steps========


1. put the rice and water into rice cooker first

2. stir-fried onion,once you can smell onion‘s sweet,put Lamb cubes all in

3. keep frying,once the Lamb change its color to white,put carrot all in

4. add salt and soy sauce,(It is hard to describe the amount,because i never calculated it,just according to the usual),keep frying 10 seconds,then turn off the heat

5. pour all of these into rice cooker ,just cover the rice

6. put the raisin evenly in the above

7. the final step,start the rice cooker,set the timer,waiting the delicious out.
