Notes for using sqlite in WP8

Notes for using sqlite in WP8 project:

1. install "Precompiled Binaries for Windows Phone 8" from http://www.sqlite.org/download.html

2. in VS, add reference to "sqlite windows phone runtime"

3. Install nuget https://www.nuget.org/packages/sqlite-net-wp8/

4. Add SQLite.cs to project

5. configure project to use x86 (for emulator) or ARM (for device)

6. Add conditional USE_WP8_NATIVE_SQLITE for both Debug and Release configuration

7. have to call CreateTable before insert command, otherwise will get a sqlite error with message "Constraint". As per comments, CreateTable method only create table if not exists.
