关于THINKPAD X1 Carbon(6th) 卡顿问题

文章讲述了用户在使用X1Carbon2019笔记本时遇到的卡顿问题，经过排查确定是Intel显卡的电源设置导致。通过禁用‘面板自行刷新’和‘显示器节能技术’，以及更新Intel驱动并使用IntelGraphicsCommandCenter进行设置调整，成功解决了卡顿问题。偶尔在从TB3坞站断开后出现的卡顿，重启可以解决。

本人2019年6月入手一台x1 Carbon 2019 （美版），入手之初就一直卡顿，曾经试过多种方法，都没有解决问题，但基本排除系统与软件问题（个人看法）。

回头百度查阅了相关帖的内容和国外官方的类似问题，答案基本和目前能找到的解决方案一致：

打开intel@显卡控制中心,将核显的电源(功率)设置中的“面板自行刷新”与“显示器节能技术”都设为“禁用”（如图所示），至此不再卡顿。

其中：

While the CPU spiking could cause the input to lag, I think these are two separate issues. The CPU running hot is just due to the power profile and is really easily fixed with jsut a couple PowerShell commands. The intermittent freezing issue though is different and seems like an Intel issue. I've noticed some new Microsoft Surface users complaining about the same thing. Disabling "Screen Self-Refresh" in the Intel graphics control panel power settings pretty much solved it for me. It has occasionally cropped back up after undocking from a TB3 dock, but rebooting seems to fix it in those rare occasions.

我更新了最新的Intel驱动后，安装了 Intel Graphics Command Center，然后里面的如下设置调整后，就没有再出现类似问题了，不论是否连接电源：
