如何得到一个字符串中汉字的个数?

  最近碰到了一面试题：一个字符串中如何得到汉字的个数?比如"adf我jk爱sdf莫能助lkka"，要求写一个方法得出其中汉字的个数，并取得这些汉字。
        自己想了半天没做出来,在优快云发了个贴子得到了答案,在此感谢优快云的网友, huyc_fly() ,希望他不会介意我把他的方法发出来与大家,也许大家还有别的解决方法,非常期望跟大家讨论.
