网页中位置固定块

想在页面中固定一个DIV，不随页面滚动，怎样做呢？

顶部：

有下划线（_）的是 CSS HACK，专门给IE6准备的。之所以要加上

_html{background-image:url(about:blank);background-attachment:fixed;}

是因为没有这句话，滚动的时候，固定块会闪动。
