本文介绍了解决MyBatis配置文件中出现DTD错误的方法。通过清除Eclipse的网络缓存，可以解决因缓存导致的版本不一致问题。

对于Eclipse编译器来说，会有个缓存，这样验证的时候他会告诉你版本不统一

Preferences -> General -> Network Connections -> Cache --- Remove 删除里面的缓存回复
