DNS反向解析 nslookup ip

我在两个IDC分别托管了两台服务器。
一台服务器是211.152.17.52
另外一台是：221.174.21.184

分别有两个域名指向到这两个不同IDC的ip上
pantvchina.com -> 211.152.17.52
dynomedia-inc.com -> 221.174.21.184

以上信息是真实信息。

接下来我
nslookup pantvchina.com

以上信息应该说DNS的正向解析没有问题吧？

接下来我nslookup ip
nslookup 211.152.17.52

这个IDC的机器做过DNS反向解析。

nslookup 221.174.21.184
结果是
C:\Documents and Settings\HypoZhong>nslookup 221.174.21.184

Address: 202.106.0.20

*** gjjline.bta.net.cn can't find 221.174.21.184: Non-existent domain

这个IDC的机器没有做过DNS反向解析。dns服务器是202.106.0.20.

请问，为什么在nslookup 221.174.21.184时会提示dns服务器找不到ip，域名不存在。


自问自答吧，做个反向解析，IDC做这块需要收费，据我所知不收费的也就世纪互联吧。
