目标导向导致人性化缺失！

快速发展的公司，领导一定很年轻。年轻很好，有拼劲，用在自己的工作上固然是好事，但是用在别人身上就不见得好！一味地以目标为导向，最终导致的是数字战胜人性，人文关怀的缺失，进而导致的是公司文化的缺失。

文化是什么：文化是人与人之间影响。不是数字对人的影响。

管理与被管理是一种博弈！

管理与被管理是一种博弈，博弈的砝码是员工一天的工作时间。

公司越是尽量避免员工偷懒，员工就是尽量偷懒。
