Using the Manual

This manual assumes that you are knowledgeable in Visual C++ and the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC). It also uses special type conventions in order to indicate meanings of the items. In order to help you figure these conventions out, they are listed, along with their meanings, in the following table.
