Travis,
This was caused by us signing the library JARs using theMyEclipsecertified in our 6.0.0 release, we fixed it I think 2 days later with a hotfix, and this fix is also available in our new 6.0.1 release.

You should be able to upgrade to any of these by going toMyEclipse> Add Features..., the Quick Installer will run, and find the updates for you.
