1、使用quartz.jar包实现定时器功能,首先在项目中引入定时器包的maven依赖
2、在spring-time.xml配置定时器功能。
3、在web.xml中加载spring-time.xml文件
4、TestSpringTimeServiceImpl内容
5、启动项目后的执行结果,我配置10s执行一次。
