What cause the difference after graduation?

I want to find the answers on what cause the difference to the person after graduation.

Some people said it is chance.If the people can not get the chance then he will achieve nothing.

But sometimes I find the chance is not a decisive factor on this matter.

We were so similar when we left the university. The difference is very small. But we are so different now after working several years. What it has brought about it? The answers are different working enviroment and different spare time after work.

Some one are even learning after work but the other are still waste the time at the work.

They chatted all the time and they do the boring work constantly. they work for the money then find other way for entaintment. They hold negetive attitude towords their work. They are not satisfied with their job and want to find the relax job. It is true that the relax work are attactived but I find the relax job does not mean really relax. On the contrary the relax job means you need to find more to do instead of being asked to do something. The relax means you can choose what you are going to be. The relax means you should grasp the time to shape yourself. to make you own decision.

So in a sense,only selfdisciplined one is suitable for working flexibly. Do not think you get more from the company when you get the salary but do nothing for the company. It is your loss to exchange your youth with your current salary. The time you spend sitting idle, browsing the web, or chatting on QQ with your buddies is time you’ve effectively lost. Instead, invest that time in something devoted to your career. Set up a career path then accumulate the necessary skills and utilize it in almost the career path. Work on mastering such skills. build strong relationships with people in your field.start conversations with people in your career when possiable. Send emails to people you’ve interacted with a lot in your career and read their blogs and catch up and keep up with what they’re doing. Get more encouragement and learn more from their post in the forum and blog. If you have an opportunity to connect people that can help each other, do it immediately, without hesitation. Share what you know and be valuable to others.

You can reach there as long as you do not waste you time.

but do not forget the time is one demsion things.you can not go back even you 've found it is wrong.
