Grid - feature request: aggregate row - Ext JS

Hi jack,

one feature request, if it's reasonable:
perhaps an aggregate row (sum / average / custom aggregate function) for the Grid?

One thing I thought of after I'd answered and that's that you probably aren't going to end up with auto-updating aggregate fields without quite a bit more work. But, it's not impossible. You'll just have to listen for cell updates (if editing is enabled) and force a recalc where appropriate.
