从ExtJS 2.2.1升级到3.0版本通常不会有太多兼容性问题，特别是对于基础代码部分。然而，可能会遇到一些与User Extensions相关的问题，因为内部架构有所变化。

Maybe its a dumb question but can i replace extjs 2.2.1 with 3.0?
Or do i need to rewrite my website?

There should be very few compatibility issues upgrading from 2.x to 3.0, for the base code. However you may run into issues with User Extensions, due to some of the internal architecture changes. I would suggest that you scan thru the forums for threads tagged with [3.0] to see what type of issues people are encountering.
