Create Table Maintance时增加event handler和修改screen

Requirements:
1. Table maintain screen中某些列的值根据用户输入自动带出/对输入的值进行限制
2. Table maintain screen某些列换成radio button/checkbox/...

Solution:
1. SE11 -> Change -> Utilities -> Table Maintenance Generator -> Environment -> Modifiction -> Events
Input an event type you want to handle, input an custom form name, then implement it.

2. SE11 -> Change -> Utilities -> Table Maintenance Generator -> Environment -> Modifiction -> Maintenance Screens
Modify the screen...
