Patch 8402551 Is Not Available

Patch 8402551 not available to download from Metalink.

Solution

Patch 8402551 has been withdrawn because it had some issues, it was replaced by Patch 8969852.

Even Patch 8402551 included in Patch 8461420, Patch 8969852 should be applied:

1. Download Patch 8969852

2. Since Patch 8402551 is part of unpublished bug 8461420, and if its already installed on this environment we will need to rollback Patch 8402551:

opatch nrollback -id 8402551

3. Install new Patch 8969852 following the README.txt
