1.edit and configure pythonstartup file

2. add the enviroment varable to system with administrator role
For windowns
pythonstartupf=path/pythonstartup.py
For Linux
add the following to you ~/.bash_profile或bashrc
export PYTHONSTARTUP=~/.pythonstartup
