新建一个基类为“UITableViewController"的类。
新建一个empty的.xib文件（例如programCell.xib），拖入一个 table view cell到.xib文件中，再拖入自己想要的一些空间

在步骤1新建的类中修改如下代码即可（注释掉一句代码，添加一句代码），运行就可以看到效果了。

- (UITableViewCell *)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView cellForRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath
{
    static NSString *CellIdentifier = @"Cell";
    UITableViewCell *cell = [tableView dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier:CellIdentifier];
    if (cell == nil) {
        cell = [[[NSBundle mainBundle]loadNibNamed:@"programCell" owner:nil options:nil]lastObject];
    //    cell = [[[UITableViewCell alloc] initWithStyle:UITableViewCellStyleDefault reuseIdentifier:CellIdentifier] autorelease];
    }
    
    
    return cell;
