Tem minutes interviewe with indian

Now , I am training mainframs, but MY english is terrible .  as sor far , I did not get the ECT-4 .

I have only one chance to get it in this June.

 

    yesterday , A Indian PM ask some people form my training team . so He interview all sa , our team have seven follows . my PM told me that We will get a interview in English . He let me warry . I hardly to say a complete sentence .

   At afternoon , I went to the conference room 11 . The indian is so black , and there are much  sternal seta. the first introduct my self , I said i do a websit ,an then he ask me how to do it  and What is the way to connecte web with DB. I DO'T know how to describe it , I draw on the writeboard , write JSP HIBERNATE STRUTS AND JDBC, maybe he know it .

    It so imbarassed . after that , I should improve my english skills , at a short time .

   but now training is very busy . Cobol is a new language .
