本文介绍了在Spring1.x和2.x中配置单例模式的方法。在Spring1.x中使用属性'singleton'来设置，而在Spring2.x中则通过'scope'属性设定为'singleton'来实现相同的功能。默认情况下，Spring2.x中的bean就是单例模式。

在Spring1.x中配置单例的方法为：

<bean id="baseDao" abstract="true" singleton="true">
	<property name="sessionFactory" ref="sessionFactory" />
</bean>

在Spring2.x中配置单例的方法为：

<bean id="baseDao" abstract="true" scope="singleton">
	<property name="sessionFactory" ref="sessionFactory" />
</bean>

在spring2.0中，bean没有“singleton”这个属性，而是在“scope”中对它进行设定。 “scope”可以设定为 “singleton”和“prototype”默认情况下是“singleton”即和原先的“singleton=true”性质一样，如果要实现非单例模式则将“scope”设定为“prototype”，即和原先版本的“singleton=false”一样。

如果在spring2.x中按照1.x中的方式，使用属性singleton配置，则会出现以下错误提示：
