　I am a java programer , you know , is not a easy job for a girl, but I can handle well. Now , I have an offer from another company , It pay quite heigher than what I have now. You konw , about 1.5 . But I just jumped six months ago. I am afrade that I can't improve my java exprience in this short time, and I am afraid of changing my work envirement , I fill so comfortable in it . If I jump this time , I will have a better income, I don't konw whether I should jump.

Yesterday, I talk to my boss, about the offer that I got, I want to jump, you konw, such a good offer, But my boss don't want me quit , he offered me a better payment . about 1.2 .
