File that was copied to backup could not be deleted: E:\softwares\sts-bundle\sts-3.6.4.RELEASE\STS.exe

先启动sts，下载完groovy，等到同意协议的时候，把sts.exe 重命名sts.exe.bak

然后再同意协议后面就会一直成功。
