User can enter even home location upto street address, along with the homecity. If he enters only country or state, then he should be shown an alert. For this, I will have to check the geonames webservice features we are using. Also the check that city is definitely entered, is easily done by setting up one's own db for countries states and cities, but then this is laborious and ensuring completeness of this data is difficult. Also, if the webservice does not prove sufficient and the db approach is what we need to go for, then we may have to spilt the suggested "Homelocation" field into separate country, sate, homecity, address fields on the UI, for quicker checks.
