added utils2

svn import testProject repository/testProject
for example:
svn import -m "comment here" testProject http://synnex-svn.motherapp.com/svn/synnex/testProject
svn excluding files:
1) svn propset svn:ignore "*.pyc" . --recursive
2) create a file for example ignore.txt
entry all excluding rules in it , each rule one row,
for example:
*.pyc
*~
*.tmp
127.0.0.1.*
then propset svn:ignore --file ignore.txt . --recursive
excluding files when checking out from server:
nano ~/.subversion/config
global-ignores = *.pyc *.o *.lo *.la #*# .*.rej *.rej .*~ *~ .#* .DS_Store
svn switch user
only need to remove ~/.subversion/auth
for example:
utils2 http://synnex-svn.motherapp.com/svn/synnex/utils2/
