错误完整消息为：

Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException:An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server.The Status code returned from the server was:12030 (12031)

这2个错误的原因是：

12030：项目名不可为中文；

12031：文件名不可为中文；

修改下就OK了；

注意要修改.sln 里面的文件夹名称。可以用记事本打开.

按照第二中方法果然实现上传的效果。
