- Proficiency in MVC architecture, building multi-tier applications
- Proficiency in Java Fundamentals, Java Classes and Methods, Inheritance concepts
- Proficiency in Collections framework, asynchronous development
- Proficiency in I/O Packages, Assertions, Generics, JDBC, Exceptions handling
- Working experience in JSP & Servlets, Interfaces and Packages
- Knowledge of UI design and exposure to ExtJS, AJAX, JQuery, Flex, OO Design patterns
- Good Working experience in Spring / Hibernate / Struts framework
- Knowledge of javascript or other scripting languages
- Proficiency in database concepts and design
- Proficiency in database concepts and design
- Ability to write SQL queries with good performance
- Knowledge of Multi-threading concepts,
- Knowledge if Unix/Linux basic concepts - stdin/stdout / stderr/ pipe / redirect ...
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as team member, able to guide junior developers and step up as module lead
- Excellent English oral & written communication skills, fluent in English listening and speaking
- Good Multi-tasking & time management skills
