Problem:
When you setup CTI on non-enu env, you might found the CTI toolbar cannot be loaded. And you will found following log from SComm_CCHENG.log
Error:
(15:57:51) ERROR:Failed on processing configuration data, source="Cࣣ æròm {@ÙsèrÑàmè} àßòù¶ $R {$R Ñùmßèr}………" AGENT_12582922[07/13/2011 01:51:50:461]:ERROR:CmdData:MakeCallToSROwner has incorrect syntax. Reason:
As mentioned in Error message, CmdData:MakeCallToSROwner has incorrect syntax.
Solution:
Please go to Admin-Communications > Command Data sub view, then locate to Command Data 'MakeCallToSROwner'.
You will see Param.CallNotifyText = Cࣣ æròm {@ÙsèrÑàmè} àßòù¶ $R {$R Ñùmßèr}………"
But {@ÙsèrÑàmè} and {$R Ñùmßèr} are not correct, since both of them are macro, not a text string.
So, after change these incorrect sting as english, this problem should not be shown,
