We noticed that your app uses In-App Purchase products to purchase credits or currencies that are not consumed within the app, which is not allowed. 

Specifically, we found that your app shares the IAP credits with another app “xxx应用HD”.

Please revise your app to ensure that the credits or currencies purchased with In-App Purchase products are used within the app or remove the In-App Purchases entirely.

大意是，在同一款应用的iphone版本中购买商品，然后可以在iPad版本中使用，这不符合IAP的审核规则。

按照我的理解，同一款应用的iphone、iPad版本保持数据同步是符合用户预期的，因此我选择申诉。

申诉原文：
苹果内购商品是在itunesconnect后台建立的，根据苹果后台要求，每个商品都是唯一独立的，且无法在不同应用之间共用，我们不可能对商品进行共用。对于同一个游戏的iPhone版和ipad版来说，保持商品的价格、描述一致，是符合玩家的预期的，难道作为一个玩家，你希望同一款游戏的iPhone版和ipad版必须完全不同吗？
请重新审核应用，慎重考虑我们的意见，谢谢

Apple purchased goods within a background in itunesconnect established, according to Apple backstage requirements, each commodity is the only independent, and can not be shared between different applications, we can not be a common commodity. 苹果再次审核

需要说明一点，对于我的申诉理由，其实要看苹果审核人员的理（xin）解（qing），因为我在试图混淆概念。reject的理由是IAP购买后的商品互通，而我解释的是IAP展示的内容相同。
本案例中，审核人员认为IAP商品的互通是可以理解和接受的。

Hello,

Thank you for your response. When we used the demo account to make purchase in xxx应用, and then we logged in to xxx应用HD, we found the account balance of xxx应用HD reflected the amount we purchased in xxx应用.
