Write a corporate email message using the following instructions.

You are Bart de Wit, technical manager for a research and development department at a large multinational corporation based in Den Bosch. You have received a request from an internal client, John Smith, to rush through the analysis of one hundred chemical samples – the ABC Batch - before a very important meeting of senior management in two weeks time. Unfortunately you are very short staffed at the moment and you may not be able to meet the request. On the other hand, you do not want to lose John Smith as a customer and you know that he has the option of sending his samples to an external contact. Email John Smith and deal with his request. Try to write your text as quickly as you can without too much editing.

Dear John Smith,

 I have just received your request to rush through the analysis of one hundred chemical samples. Give you my great appreciation for your trust to out department, our corporation. It is my pleasure to carry on this task.

 However, there are something in question I should communicate with you.However, there are some important issues I’d like to communicate with you. First, analysis of one hundred chemical samples must be rushed through as soon as possible, and I'm afraid we couldn't do it perfectly under current condition. First, you need the result in a quite short period, but according to the current status of our department, it is quite difficult to satisfy the timing requirement. As everyone known, project quality is of importance in any cooperation, and surely, we value it very much. We both understand that quality is quite important for a project. Unfortunately I'm a little short staffed and little time left before a very important meeting of senior management in two weeks time. But the fact is I am a little bit short staffed, so I do not have enough resources to complete the analysis in time. As a technical manager, I really feel a littlepity for the things above.

 However, I come up with a way to deal with the difficult that we faces if you are willing, that is if the analysis could be delayed two weeks, the payment will have 20% discount, and in other worlds, it is almost used to pay the employees' salaries. And I guarantee that it will be completed as wonderfully as you can image.Here I come up with an idea that in order to balance your needs and our situation, I wonder that if you can accept a delay of two weeks, and in return, we can give you a 20% discount for the cost. In this case, I can ensure you a complete and high-quality analysis result.
