问题描述: 更新项目,之后一个工程打不开了
报错信息:

Failed to read the project description file (.project) for ‘XXX’.
The file has been changed on disk, and it now contains invalid information.
The project will not function properly until the description file is restored to a valid state

问题原因:
无法读取(.project)文件,系统无法识别,原因是存在提交的.project,.setting等文件与本地版本发生了冲突
问题处理:
找到项目.project位置,解决冲突,之后就可以启动项目了

delete the .project and .classpath files from the physical location
