区间重叠后其实就是合并石子,有个nlogn的贪心算法,但是n^2的也不会慢
可以用链表维护双递减序列,如果此元素加入后不满足序列要求,则最后两个合并,插入到往前找第一个>合并值得元素的后面,递归执行
