写在前面：作为一个程序员，English learning是我的第二大爱好，以下为本人整理的一些英文学习的经历及资源。

There are input and output in every language learning. Here are the inputs and outputs about English learning.
Language learning needs envrioment, but this is what most of the learners lack of. The information below can help you build a individual English envrioment for free.

1. Listening English (Input)
   Grasp every second to listen, let your ears as busy as possible. Here are some material and methods about improving your listening skills.

   • ximalaya fm. There are lots of tapes you can listen to. Listen to English novel is strongly recommanded. And also < 潘吉Jenny告诉你–学英语聊美国> is a nice channel to learn sth about Amarican cultrue and widen your horizons.
   • ESL pocast is a worldwide famous English learning non-profit orgnization, contains massive amount of listening material. You can find it directly from iTunes, or you can find it through the net.
   • www.ttmeiju.com is a U.S drama website, you can find almost every U.S drama in this website. When you watch it, make sure it’s NO-Subtitles version, it really train your listening skill a lot.
   • If you are planning to take TOFEL exam. There is a dictionary called 海词词典, download the app , and choose the model of TOFEL, you will have 托福每日一听.

2. Spoken English (output)

   • English corner(offline)

     There are lots of English Corner in Shanghai, they have both online activities and offline activities. CEO(Career English Orgnization) is almost the biggest group as far as I know, they have rountine English Corner in different districts in Shanghai. You can search on the net to find their QQ group and then contact to the admin for more details.

   • MEET UP(offline)

     Just like name says, This is a platform for foreigners to post the notice of meet up. Some of the meet-up are great! And most of the activities are free!

   • Free seminar(offline)

     There are lots of foreigners in Shanghai, some of they will arrange some seminars or gatherings which is free and everyone can attend. Most of them have wechat group. If you dont in that group ,you probably cant access the annoucement. That means you must have a wide circle.

   • 夏说英文晨读千人团(Online)

     Everyday there will be a small article be posted on wechat group. You must send the record of your voice and a picture of your notes into the group everyday before 11pm, otherwise you will be kicked out.
     The article is selected from a famous magazine 经济学人. You can find the details from Xinlang Weibo, search for “教书匠小夏”.

   • App(英语趣配音)

     If you want to practise your spech skills and pronunciation, this is a good place to go!

3. Reading Skills (Input)

   • Start reading books! Novels , Magazines, E-Books and so forth, whatever you like, but rule number one is keep reading, dont interrupt or be interrupted. My first English edition book was . Try to read 10 books within 6 months, your English will have a huge improvement.

   • App(CHINA DAILY)

     Read the news when you got free instead of reading some junk chinese news(stars, joke..whatever).

4. Writing Skills (Output)

   • As long as you finish a book, write a book review in English.
   • Use English as your first language to write sth, like this artical.
