作者反思了自己近期沉迷于参与线上免费活动以获取奖品的行为，并意识到这种行为浪费了大量的时间。为了改变现状，作者决定制定明确的目标和计划，并将计划写在纸上以加强执行力。

Now I’m writing this with self-reproach. I should ask myself that what I have done these days on earth. Taking part in the free avtivities and surverys online is about these days’ things I have done. Why have I done this? Because of the awards. I have got one pillow because I have taken part in one activity of award. Now my status is that I can’t give up about it. When I have time, I’ll going to the websites abount the free activities. And I realize that it takes of time. I must think of one solution. Now I don’t want to talk about things that there is no free lunch in the world. I think that I have no clear goals. And I have no clear plans. Plan is very important. Although I am sitting in frontf of the PC, the plan that written on the paper is very very important.

So after this, I should write the plan on the paper to strengthen my goal and plan.

Do as I said.
