流形学习Manifold Learning

Rosy is going to describe what Manifold Learing is in the simplest terms.

什么是流形学习?ML?

        Firstly,there are two words Manifold and Learning.

        Needless to say, there are two steps of ML:

step 1: Manifold

        Imagination of the basketball Standing in three-dimensional space, stripes on the surface of the ball could be described by (x,y,z). However, the basketball made from a planar materials. 

        Thus, "the stripes of the basketball -> the stripes of the planar materials ", this process we name it "Manifold".

step 2: Learning:"the stripes of the basketball -> the stripes of the planar materials ".

Focus on " -> ", and "the stripes of the planar materials ", this process we name it "Learning".

首先,有两个词:流形和学习。

毋庸置疑,ML有两个步骤:

第 1 步:流形

       想象篮球站在三维空间中,球表面的条纹可以用(x,y,z)来描述。然而,篮球是由平面材料制成的。

        因此,“篮球的条纹->平面材料的条纹”,这个过程我们称之为“流形”。

第 2 步:学习:“篮球的条纹——>平面材料的条纹”。

        专注于“->”和“平面材料的条纹”,这个过程我们称之为“学习”。

核心?How?

        Follow some rules to calculate the distance of the stripes composed of spots,  for each spot, selecting the first few spots of the nearest distance to plan a local neighborhood As. The As is two-dimensional space, it is a mapping of three-dimensional space. 

        The Mapping is what we want.

        按照一些规则来计算由点组成的条纹的距离,对于每个点,选择最近距离的前几个点来规划局部邻域 As。As是二维空间,它是三维空间的映射。这个映射就是我们想要的。
