添加wifi定位功能

首先修改源码：

frameworks/base/core/res/res/values/config.xml

编译生成新的system.img

然后添加服务：

启动编译好的新系统，把GoogleServicesFramework.apk和NetworkLocation.apk添加到系统/system/app目录下

重新启动，google map应该就可以使用wifi定位功能了
